The pizza base to makea pizza quickly at home
and we will cook it on agriddle rather than an oven.

Today, we will make the pizza base
Come, let us start the cooking
We took 2 cups of refined flour in a bowl
Add a teaspoon of instantdry active yeast to it
There is no requirement of activating it
Add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it
Add a teaspoon of sugar to it
Add 2 teaspoons of semolina to it
Mix all the ingredients well
Knead its soft doughusing the lukewarm water
Apply some oil on your palms and mash it
We have mashed it for 6 to 7 minutes
It is a soft dough.
More than a 3/4 cup of waterwas utilized to knead it
We took a cup of water from which3 tablespoons is still remaining
Apply some oil over it as shown
Cover and place it in awarm place for 1 to 2 hours
An hour has passed
The dough has also expanded and fermented
Take some dry refinedflour and punch the dough
To make the pizza base,coat it with some dry flour
Cut it into 4 equal parts
Lift a portion
and prepare its dough lump as shown
Coat with the dry flour,roll it and keep it aside
Firstly, we will make all the dough lumps
We have made 4 dough lumps
To make the pizza base,we will lift the first dough lump
and coat it with the dry flour
Dust the extra dry flour from it
Cover rest of the dough lumps
We will flatten it thickly into a roundshaped lump of diameter 6 to 7 inches.
We have flattened it thickly
Now, we will prick it using afork so that it doesn't expand
To cut it into a round shaped base,we will cut it using a lid or a container.
It will help to make the pizzabase thicker sized from the corners
Now, we will cook it
To cook it, we took a pan. Preheat it
Turn the flame to lowonce the pan has heated
We will take a round shapedbutter paper to spread over it
You can use a regular white paper too
Just apply some oil over it
Make sure that the flame is low
Lift a pizza base andplace it over the paper
Cover it
and let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame
In the meantime,assemble another pizza base
2 minutes have passed
It has expanded well
We will flip it
Let it cook for 2 minutesfrom other side too
We have cooked it for 2minutes from other side too
The pizza base has cooked
Cook another pizza base likewise
Pizza base is ready
Cooking it is an easier process
You can make it of your desired size
Be attentive while cooking it
Knead the soft dough while kneading it
Flatten it thickly whileflattening it and prick it
Keep the flame on low while cooking it
You will make the perfect pizza base
Wrap them in a polythene sheet or butterpaper and store them in the refrigerator.
You can use these for 3 days

Pizza Base recipe, Basic Pizza base, pizza base kaise banate hain, perfect pizza base recipe, #PizzaBase #PizzaBasewithoutOven Ingredients to make the pizza base on a Tawa Refined flour - 2 cups (250 grams) Semolina - 2 tbsp (25 grams) Oil - 1 tbsp Instant dry active yeast - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - ½ tsp How to make the pizza base on a Tawa 1- Take 2 cups of refined flour in a bowl, add a teaspoon of instant dry active yeast to it. 2- Add a ½ teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of semolina to it and mix all the ingredients well. 3- Add more than a ¾ cup of lukewarm water to it and knead its soft dough. 4- After kneading the soft dough, apply some oil on your palms and mash it for 6 to 7 minutes. 5- Apply some oil over it, cover it and place it at a warm place for 1 to 2 hours. 6- The dough will ferment after an hour. 7- Coat the dough with some dry flour and punch it. 8- Cut it into two equal halves and again cut the divided halves into equal halves. 9- Coat them with dry flour and keep them aside to set. 10- Dust the dry flour from a dough lump and flatten it thickly into a round shaped lump of diameter 6 to 7 inches. 11- After flattening it, prick it using a fork and cut it using a lid or a container. 12- Preheat a Tawa on low flame and spread a round shaped butter paper over it. 13- Lift a pizza base and place it over the paper. 14- Cover and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. 15- After 2 minutes, it will expand well. Flip it and cook from other side for 2 minutes. 16- The pizza base has cooked after 2 minutes and is ready to be used. 17- Cook all the pizza base likewise. Storage 1- Wrap it in a polythene sheet or butter paper and store them in the refrigerator. 2- You can consume it for 3 days.
